Terrible app, does not work whatsoever
Horrible app. Received email notification stating I received a free pretzel for making a purchase. This reward isn't visible in the app nor is there a single hyperlink in the email. Will take myself to Taco Bell, where they know how to make a REAL pretzel.
One of the worst apps. Every time I try to look at specials it automatically exits out of the app. I've tried re-downloading the app and it still does it.

The app keeps crashing whenever I scroll on my Pixel/android
Can't use the app, ofc on free pretzel day. Wouldn't let me order in app, didn't go pass the view locations screen. I try to redeem the coupon to use at a physical location and it just keeps loading over and over but won't give me a qr code to scan. Which is ridiculous considering the folks in line ahead of me used their app just fine 🙄
It won't let me order from the app, like whenever I try to order pick up or delivery it won't show any locations, and when I open "View locations" it also won't work and won't let me order. The user interface is nice and easy to use but I hope they can fix this issue for me soon enough

Do any locations participate in this app? I Drove to six locations between trying to redeem the Birthday and Pretzel day coupons.
I download the app today april 26 2022 for a coupon for a free pretzel because i seen it on news and i cant find the coupon they said u had to download the app for the coupon for the free sugar and cinnamon pretzel
